Why do you only carry the table size fish sauce?
I only carry the smaller size fish sauce because I never finish the big bottle before it expires and crystallizes. It doesn't save me any money because I always end up throwing half a bottle away. Besides, food that's too salty makes me thirsty. I only store the little one in my pantry these days. If you cook more Thai food than I do, like every day, then it might be a good idea to buy a big bottle.
Why don't you have a recipe for Tom Yum Soup and Tom Ka Gai?
This is the same case as Pad Thai. For some reason, those instant mixes that are being sold just don't taste quite right to me. So I'm working on putting something together Tom Yum Soup and Tom Ka Gai kits. Please be patient...it is coming soon.
Why don't you carry Coconut Milk?
The reason I'm not offering coconut milk on this site is because you can find them in most supermarkets. The shipping cost won't be worth it for you as consumers when you can get it locally. But if you can't and would like for me to ship you coconut milk, email me at support@pearscrackpot.com.
